Other Fees :
Trip charges for traveling over 50 miles from Los Angeles, Calif. are as followed. 51 to 80 miles: $35.00
81 to 128 miles: $50.00. All trip charges may be billed separate from fountain rental charges.
Overtime rate over and above the set hours are as followed $75.00 per hour.
* Chocolate types are Milk, Dark, or White
** Serving attendant will be billed at a rate of $50 per hour for overtime.
