Chocolate Fountains Q&A
1. What Kind of Chocolate Can Be Used in the Fountain?
Answer: We recommend a type of chocolate called Belgium Chocolate, which is a higher quality chocolate that contains 54% semi-sweet cocoa. In addition to creating a better 'flow', it assures a better taste and a silkier appearance.
2. I'm planning a Bar Mitzvah is your Chocolate Kosher?
Answer: Yes, we use a very high quality Chocolate that is certified Kosher.
3. What is the Maximum Number of Guests that the Chocolate Fountain will serve?
Answer: The Chocolate Fountain will serve an unlimited number of guests as long as additional chocolate is added. Our package includes 20 pounds of imported Belgium Chocolate, which is adequate for appetizers or dessert for up to 200 guests. Additional chocolate can be purchased, but is rarely needed. Of course, we will always have an adequate supply on hand if needed and will be charged at $10.00 per pound.
4. What Dessert Item isn't Recommended to Use with the Fountain?
Answer: Anything that will break apart easily or is crumbly--especially pound cake--which tends to compromise the smooth, flowing nature of the chocolate.
5. I'm Having a Garden Event. Can the Chocolate Fountain be Used Outside?
Answer: We do not recommend using the chocolate fountain outdoors. The Chocolate Fountain has such a sweet, inviting aroma that all God's 'Heavenly' creatures are tempted to partake! In addition, the chocolate must be kept at a certain temperature, and fluctuating outdoor conditions will greatly affect the chocolate's integrity.
6. May I Rent the Chocolate Fountain Without the Operator?
Answer: No. In an effort to maintain the highest standard of quality service, the chocolate fountain is always accompanied by a Qualified Uniformed Operator.
7. How Long Can I Have The Chocolate Fountain At My Event?
Answer: Most people are using The Chocolate Fountain during the appetizer portion of their event. Our package range from 2-5 hours of fountain enjoyment, and this is usually plenty of time for your guests to enjoy this unique experience! Should you decide to use the Fountain for both appetizers and dessert, additional time may be purchased?

A professionally dressed attendant will be there at all times to show your guests how to enjoy the fountain as well as to keep the fountain pristine at all times. Presentation is of utmost important to us. Our attendants are more than happy to replenish the accompaniments and to keep the appearance of the table at its finest.
9. What are the Table and Electrical Requirements?
Answer: The Chocolate Fountain requires a 120 volt grounded electrical outlet within 10 feet of the location of the Fountain. In addition, a sturdy table is mandatory.
